Nice place to stay
This resort is a 6 minute walk from Karon beach town so there is no road noise to keep you up at night. It is a small resort but very nice with friendly, honest staff. There is alot of construction of other properties going on around the resort so it is noisy right now with those sounds but otherwise we had a relaxing stay. My teenagers loved the place. Karon Beach was a safer place than Patong and the waterfront not as busy so safer for watersports.

Wonderful Getaway
I have left Pacific Club a satisfied customer and all the great reviews in various sites raving about this hotel is all correct. The staff were great and attentive to detail, always went the extra mile to meet our needs, and always had a smile on their faces. They gave proper advice for the ignorant tourist we were and were always forthcoming with info on prices and on the need to know stuff. Keep it up Pacific Club. Excellent value for your money and I'll definitely be back in future.
Stopover Joy
5 nights booked as a stopover while travelling back from UK to Australia during the Phuket off season. From a myriad of choices, we picked the Pacific Club Resort as much by good luck as good judgement and had absolutely no regrets.
Here is a hotel where everything works, the staff are happy and generally long termers and everything is reasonably priced. Things were so good we had dinner in the restaurant on 4 of the 5 nights.
We are age 60+ and had no problems with the up-hill walk from the beach and any downside in this regard should be considered a trade for the magnificent outlook from the roof top pool.

A lovely small hotel
So pleased we chose this hotel. It is just positioned just right to get away from the busy Karon. Quiet hotel with the best swimming pool ever. Really enjoyed our breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If we visit this area again we would definitely book here.

The accomodation was superb - we had a two bedroomed suite for 5 of us and it was very spacious. The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a high standard daily. Communal area's were also very clean,spacious and well maintained. The pool area is great for both adults and kids with plenty of loungers and towels provided. The restraunt was very good and exellent value, nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they were very helpfull and entertained the kids so myself and my husband could also enjoy our meals.
From the hotel it is a ten minute walk into Karon centre and beach which might have been an issue with our 3 young children however the hotel taxi service was first class and very cheap to use.
The spa facilities are good but are very expensive in comparison with what is available in Karon centre so it pays to shop around.
Overall a great place to stay with great staff and great facilities.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite since we have three young children. We all very loved the suite. It was kind of classic and homey. All the staff were very freindly and helpful. Pool water was great. I think they have some special treatment for the pool water. There was only one restaurant and their fitness center was soso. Location is kind of remote but there are many transportation options. Staffs are nice but you can find better deals for taxi service and activities from outside. Make sure you save taxi drivers business cards and shop around and you can find pretty good deals. It takes about an hour to the airport.
My only complaint is with the tea...
My only complaint is with the tea making facilities in my room - please just buy some ordinary kettles that actually boil! The hotel is an oasis of calm with a charming courtyard and the most beautiful rooftop swimming pool surrounded by tropical flowering plants. Rooms are well designed. Food reasonably priced and good(if a little unadventurous).

We had a wonderful week at the Pacific Club and I would recommend it to anyone. The rooms are superb, the pool is great and everyone was so helpful and always smiling.
