Best Budget Pool Villa

Not bad for price but too far from anything
I Stayed here with my family in Feb 2012. Nice villas for the price however it is far to secluded from the main town. Even the main town itself is tiny and doesnt have much to offer regarding food and activities. The villa staff are ok but dont really go out of there way to help out. Breakfast was very mediocre and they wanted to charge us more for an extra loaf of bread.
Ideal for a idyllic stay on the outskirts of Phuket
A mere 20 minute drive away from the Phuket International Airport, Two Villas Layan Beach is a little-known secret even amongst the locals. In fact, one of our guides exclaimed that they have no idea of this little secluded villa, nestled at Cherngtalay beach.
One would know Laguna Resorts, the behemoth of luxury resorts taking up a large percentage of Ao Bangtao. However, you would be delighted to know that Two Villas is comparable to these luxury brand, despite proudly calling themselves a Budget Villa.
The villa we stayed in contained 3 rooms, and despite its smallness, it was cosy and didn't give off the feeling of crampedness. The private pool was a delight, with occasional butterflies dotting the surface. There was a fully-equipped kitchen, and each room came with a bath. All facilities were satisfactory, and there was even complimentary wireless and a mobile phone for our usage during our stay. To say that we were very happy is an understatement!
However, the rooms also had a few visitors, namely bees and geckos, and their marks were visible. A note to Two Villas -- perhaps they can look at cleaning up the rooms in a more through manner before opening it up to visitors.
One grouse is their distance away from popular areas such as Ao Patong, and the price to pay is rather dear, we rang up a bill of 1,200baht each time my family of 5 ventured out. However, with the lovely ambience and general serenity, Two Villas Layan Beach is definitely for families looking for a quiet getaway away from the bustling cities we are so usually accustomed to.

Excellent Price for Excellent accomodation
All I can say it's much better than we expected, accomodation and service was excellent.
Apart from the villa being located away from the town area, you'll need some sort of transport, either motorcycle or car to move around.
Once you find your way around, everything else is excellent.

Very good experience et relaxing
A Family Holiday
Villa was not children's friendly especially the pool area as there are too many concreate pavement and rocks around. Daily maid service was good. Villa should have a washing machine to cater for family like us who stayed for more than 3 days. The laundry service is far too expensive.

Location is not good , so far away. You can not buy the food in supermarket or shop at night. But it is a good place for relax. But in the 3rd day, after the staff cleaning the room. Many things have not refill in Bathroom, towel, soap. Then we call them to refill something and give a clean towel to us. But the last day when we check out. The Staff said that we were lost the towel. The staff told us to pay for these. One towel per 550 Baht. So crazy, when the staff cleaing the room, they had not change a new towel, only took away the old one .But they said we were lost it. At the end , they check our baggage before we left the hotel. In this case, I feel so sad
