simply accommodation fairly well placed and exceptionally well priced.
Near to beach but a bit far from central
It is located in quiet place, near to the beach but a bit far from the Patong Beach Central. Friendly staff. Has a small lift which is good for elderly and when you have heavy baggage. Pool is a bit small and room is clean except has ants, but i can understand and accept these. My room view is facing houses in the neighborhood instead of swimming pool.

Great for couples n families. Rather laidback hotel.
Relaxing n stress free. Easy access to eateries n shopping.
Away from the city. Room is very spacious n clean.

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is a little outside the craziness so if you want a little quiet it's nice. It's a little distance to shopping and restaurants but not too far if you don't mind walking. Taxi's were available at the end of the street. One note - if you book with AsiaRooms, just make sure you bring the credit card you booked with along on the trip.
great place to stay just be prepaired to pay a surchage for using credit cards for the hotel bill and for some reason they wouldnt accept credit card for payment of the room service bill so be prepared to pay cash at the end of your stay for any room service you have purchased during your stay

I would go for it again, nice and clean small family hotel with nice people and good service, in front of patong beach where is good for night life.
