Good value
I read negative comments but the room is clean (with daily service if you leave the key), on a good location (very North of Kata North beach), and friendly staff. Would go back again.
Kata North is pegged in high season though.
It worths the price (THB1200/night, dec 2010).

Great Hotel - Poor Location
The hotel was great overall, the staff very friendly and the room was very clean and as described. The only thing that let the place down was its surroundings, packed with Go Go Bars.
