This place is OK. It's surrounded by decent bars and cafes, but faces a reasonably busy road and is too far far from the action for my liking: 10-15 minites walk from Bangla Rd and 20 minutes' walk to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and large enough, and the owner helpful and friendly, but you can get the same quality and standards for the same price - or even cheaper - far closer to everything.
Warm and nice place
I've stay there short time but I would recommend anyone is warm and nice rooms with terrace and mini bar inside in reasonable location about 10 min walk to the beach , staff is so helpful and imazing. I really enjoy stay there and I will comeback again. I really good value for money for what you getting.
Peaceful Nights
When we took the taxi and reached Martini House in the first place. It wasn't what we expected.
It has a humble reception desk and it's way too small to be a reception desk. However, things were different after we checked in our room. It was good, very peaceful at night. Directly below there's a shop renting out bikes for transport. Very near to a bar named Offshore Bar which I guess would be the most happening bar in that area. Spent three nights in Phuket and Offshore bar, No regrets!

A nice place to stay
Overall it was a very satisfying stay. It's located in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes away by foot from Bangla Rd. The owner speaks English and has good local knowledge. The room was new and there was good security and air conditioning.

Great value for money hotel. Good location, 10 minute walk from Bangla Road. English speaking polite and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. This was a great choice.
I will recommend to anyone and i will cameback the same place again.
visa run
I was not expecting too much,just wanted cheap accomodation for a VR ,I was surprised in the right way for a change,the room was sizeable and very clean,my only negative thoughts were that the furnishings needed upgrading,for what I paid nothing to complain about .

This was the cheapest place in Patong that we found on the net, it was the best value without a doubt!!!ended up stayin 2 extra days, I highly recommend this place.Only bad point is that the wi-fi was not working!! 3 of us stayed, €8 each a night :)
My Stay @ Martnini house was not...
My Stay @ Martnini house was not what I expected, the room had rubish in the bin, the shower head was split and the water went everywhere, one of the draws front panells was of, the TV was fussy, bed ws lumpy, the mini bar had ben used before we arrived, the motor bike the hotel hired to me ended up not having its sticker on as I found out from the police ith a 600 baht fine, told the hotel he was not very helpful, he only gave me back 510 baht for the fine in the way of not charging for the motor bike for 3 days.
The seconfd set of hotel fire stairs where blocked by rubish from room like matresses and things.
the office was not open much to get any assistance.
When we checked out the was no one in the office had to leave key with the girl watering the plants..

Cant,t find any fault with this guest house . its in a good location ,near to shops bars and eateries. less than 10 mins to main shopping mall and not too far from beach. hotel is spotless, friendly italian owner. i enjoyed my time and recomend it for anyone
