Excellent service
The service here is amazingly friendly. Everyone is willing to take your request as their priority and we feel very much at home here staying in the Deluxe Suit facing the ocean. This hotel is up on the hill, so anyone afraid of Tsunami would have a peace of mind here. It is only 5 minutes from the beach front activities and shops if you want some actions, otherwise this is perfect place for a honneymoon couple. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. It even has a jacuzzi on the balcony over looking the sky and the ocean - very relaxing after a long day of activities. We arrive at 4 pm. and end up spending the rest of evening here in the room doing nothing. There are 2 TV sets, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, so you don't have to watch the same channel (if that is what you want to do). The hotel is building a new gym and spa on a seperate building next to the main lobby giving us the more reason to come back next year. The next couple of days, we go out the whole day and eat outside the hotel, so we have no idea about the food at the hotel. But we are offered 20% discount at the hotel's restaurant. Overall, it's one of the best place we have stayed at. We are glad we choose this place instead of Dusit Laguna Phuket.
Staff there were very friendly, polite and helpful with any request. The cold tub jaccuzi was a little disappointing, no effort was made to clean it. Overall, the room and toilet were clean wtih good facilities. Still worth every penny
Great Place
A very nice new hotel. Stayed in two room suite and excellent facility for us and grown up children utilising other bedroom. Staff were excellent.
A couple of suggestions to improve the place:
Have a closing time for the pool. We had a very rude obnoxious family using the pool in front of our room until after midnight.
Enforce the no smoking in the dining room. Again a rude person smoked in the restaurant and then stubbed his cigarette on the floor and left during breakfast.
Fit timers to the jacuzzi pumps. On two occasions the occupants of the room above us left the pump/jet on all night, making sleep difficult with the constant throbbing of the water jets.

Be nice when its finished
Lovely, friendly staff but very limited English. Great intention, limited execution. No gym, a way from town but decent shuttle. Breakfast: poor for for this level. Again the staff friendly and willing but not trained to decent level of competency. Hot tub on terrace a nice touch unfortunately the hot tubs were cold!
Wonderful stay
The villa is at its soft launch and the price is extremely cheap (14000 baht for a 2 bedroom apt for 2 nights ~ 50% offer) for such a wonderful villa. There is still incomplete works on site but that did not interfere with our stay at all. Each room has a jacuzzi, spacious and good for a family of six! To ensure a good view of patong, you have to probably ask for 3rd storey villa. The staffs were patient enough to transfer us to our preferred level (fortunately the villa is not too occupied). Even though the view is fantastic, the location is still a 10 min ride to main patong area. Its good that the villa provide free shuttle to and fro the resort! Travelling to beach area costs around 300 baht!
