Wasnt happy at all. The breakfast food was absolutely discusting!! Only one small pool whitch was located next to a construction site that we were never told about so "relaxing" by the pool wasn't an option. Also the hotel is a bad location not a "5min" walk to bangla road As we were told. The only nice thing I can say is most staff at reception where kind and friendly but I dont reccomend this hotel to anyone.
Great location
About 40 minutes from the airport this is a great place to stay because you are within walking distance (10 minutes) of all the nightlife on bangala rd yet you are further enough away so u can relax by the pool and get a good nights sleep when you need too.
Realy enjoyed our stay at the Andakira, the hotel was clean, staff very helpfull. The only place they could improve would be breakfast. Not a lot of variety for the western diet. No bacon, baked beans, hash browns etc. The hotels location was fantastic, close enough to walk to stadium for the boxing, the main street and shopping centre but far enough that you don't get hassled near the hotel for suits, massage or taxi. Unfortunately when we were there they had construction work next door that was so loud it was not relaxing around the lovely pool area which I would have spent a lot of time around otherwise.Staff were all wonderful and helpful. My husband found the bed to hard so they got an extra doona to put under the sheets to soften it. Worked a treat.

Patong deal
Great location. Five minute walk from all of the happenings. There is construction going on around. Could be a little noisy in the afternoon, but nothing too disturbing. If staying in Patong this is a good deal. Food was average, but there are tons of alternatives on the strip, a five minute walk. Perfect for a traveling bachelor or a small family. Nice pool area, with bar and billiards table.

Very pleasant stay with Andakira only minutes to walk from everything in Patong.

No regrets... A real value for money!
Was having doubts when I first booked the room as I've never heard of Andakira Hotel previously. But to our surprise it is beautiful with a peaceful atmosphere. All staff were friendly, and they never failed to greet us or simply smile at us whenever we used the lift to our room. They even took time to explain to us on places to go with the map (it's so user-friendly). The room is really huge, clean & we had the pool view from our spacious balcony. Breakfast was good, and there's a chef who would prepare eggs in any way you want it. It is just walking distance to Junceylon shoppin centre & Bangla soi. I would definitely consider bringing my toddler along soon, as they even have a hot thermo-pot (the actual big one) in each room! It's a real value for money... Just love it there!
Excellent Value And Quality
We are regular travellers to Thailand and we are used to to the many poorer quality hotels that sell themselves as 4 or 5 star. The Andakira was a very pleasant surprise because it delivered on every aspect that it promised. The breakfasts are superb.as are the rooms and general service. The doorman is a delight with lots of friendly banter and advice. One of the best value for money we've stayed in in the last 5 years and we are very seasoned travellers.

Phuket biggest shopping mall, Jungcelyon is within 5-10 mins walk from Andakira hotel.
Beside the hotel, there are 2 shops which offer massage services. Thai massage cost 250 baht/ per hour. Aroma oil massage cost 400 baht/ per hour. We tried the shop whose decor is in white color. Will recommend this shop.
A family mart is also just outside the hotel. Thus, very convenient if you need to buy some drinks and light snack.
