Nice place, but...
Asiaroom's quotes does not include breakfast, and you need to pay $250 baht to have it.
Overall a nice place, kinda far from Patong beach(approx 20 mins walk if you do not ride/drive)

Beautiful but...
A very new facility (so new the taxi drivers have difficulty finding it)and the road sign shows a different name (Furamaxclusivity). The rooms and the facility are really beautiful. They are large, modern and very well designed. A couple negatives though...its a ways away from the town and beach. All those taxi rides add up. Also, I got a promotional deal, so a very good room rate. BUT, they definitely try to make the money back wherever they can. 500 baht for internet access, 250 baht for breakfast. Finally, every door closing sounds like a cannon going off. Never heard anything like it, well, other than a real cannon going off.

Very very peaceful and quite place, good for family who wants to escape from working life.
Room is super spacious, LCD TV is big and clear.
Quite far from patong beach around 20mins walk and 40mins walk to bangla road.
Rent a bike below kris residence for 200baht a day and you can ride urself around patong in no time.
Around 5mins ride from kris residence to patong beach.

Confusing on payment method, as stated in T&C that payment must be settled by credit card b4 departure. However, doesn't know why payment was charge at hotel at last.
