Nice place, very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Not too far from everything, 10-15 mins walking distance to everywhere. Restaurants and shops close by.

Incredible value for money. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that are not as nice. Just opened last year, so everthing is still new. Very clean, friendly service. Short walk to beach and mall. I've stayed here twice and will definitely be back!
Not Bad..
Well, its definitely not as nice as the pictures make it out to be, but in comparison to other people I met staying in Patong Beach this place was definitely a luxury. Can't complain about having working toilets and a hot shower. Two things that I didn't like are that they keep your room key when you leave the hotel, so, the staff has free access to your room if the want. They say its for your own good, so that you don't lose your key. Another thing I didn't like was I put the do not disturb sign out while I was away on a day tour, and when I returned the sign was not on the door and my room was made. The reason this disappointed me was because the safe they give you is too small to fit a laptop, and I left mine unprotected in the room. The good thing is that even though they had complete access to my room while I was away, nothing went missing. So, no harm, no foul.. You just really have to watch out for some of the people in Phuket. Luckily, at this place there were not any associated problems. Also, they don't serve any food, but I was ok with that. You can go next door and get Pat Thai for $2USD. The location of this place is pretty convenient. You are only a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and the party areas, so its separated far enough to get a decent sleep, but not too far to where you have to rent transportation. My bed wasn't very comfortable, pretty hard, but if you have as much fun as I did, that won't bother you.
