worst stay in phuket
checked into a old building APK1 connecting rooms, light bulb, heater, air-con not working. The rooms are dirty with dust on tables, chairs including balcony. Poor facility and no food available beside breakfast. After numerous complaints on no heater for 4 days. They have no choice but to put us in new building rooms APK2 on the 5th day midnight, my 3 children in a room a distance away from our room, again no stopper for baththub in balcony, light bulb out, no TV remote and the shower in toilet baththub poorly done tt water flows out n flood the toilet though the rooms are quite new. They didnt get anything done except the TV remote received only the last night stay. The hotel is poorly management with poor services and manager did apologise for lack of staff to run the hotel.
Beside poor facility, services, the surrounding of the hotel is also poor, mosque changing at 5am can be heard, noises from construction beside hotel also will wake you early in the morning.
It's really a bad experience to stay in this hotel.
