At first we were somewhat disappointed because the hotel gave us a room without a balcony although we had changed the booking to a room with a balcony. We had some trouble getting a room to our satisfaction, but in the end we got a very fine room.
We stayed 5 days and during this period we did not observe anybody using the swimming pool. We believe that the reason is that the swimming pool is in the shade during the whole day. Furthermore there were no sunbeds the first 2 or 3 days.

First off getting checked in was a head ache, we had to argue with the receptionist to call the manager for 2 hours! To sort out the problem of not gettin the two rooms that i reserved through this website. The receptionist ignored us pushed us aside and told us she wont give us the second room even though it was on the voucher i brought! she said there wasnt enough room in the hotel and we wouldn't get the room. After arguing with her still we finally got her to call the manager to talk with us about the issue after explaining to him he told her to give us a room. Well the one room was clean the other one was filthy so we had to then tell her we wanted it clean she argued about that as well so finally i just had to go and get sheets and i changed them myself. that was the first ordeal the second was once i went to check out they charged us for using the A/C! And there was NO hot water. The only good thing i have to say about this hotel was the breakfast was good in the morning, other than that it was the worst experience i've ever had at a hotel overseas!
worst stay in phuket
checked into a old building APK1 connecting rooms, light bulb, heater, air-con not working. The rooms are dirty with dust on tables, chairs including balcony. Poor facility and no food available beside breakfast. After numerous complaints on no heater for 4 days. They have no choice but to put us in new building rooms APK2 on the 5th day midnight, my 3 children in a room a distance away from our room, again no stopper for baththub in balcony, light bulb out, no TV remote and the shower in toilet baththub poorly done tt water flows out n flood the toilet though the rooms are quite new. They didnt get anything done except the TV remote received only the last night stay. The hotel is poorly management with poor services and manager did apologise for lack of staff to run the hotel.
Beside poor facility, services, the surrounding of the hotel is also poor, mosque changing at 5am can be heard, noises from construction beside hotel also will wake you early in the morning.
It's really a bad experience to stay in this hotel.

Distance to main Patong entertainment, food, beach...
Distance to main Patong entertainment, food, beach and shopping are too far off. Need at least 30mins walk with no proper pavement to Jung Ceylon mall and many busy roads to cross. At least another 15mins walk to Patong beach. There's no proper entrance to hotel lobby. The proper road to hotel is still under construction so need to walk through back street of local housing to get to the hotel which is confusing and of safety concern to a tourist like me. Room is quite big as i am staying in a spa suite, but balcony is very dusty due too close to main road and construction work around the hotel. View from room is also bad. In the end, requested to be transfer to another APK hotel which location is slightly better though the experience in that hotel is not good either. I think with that price tag of over S$130, I could easily get a hotel which is of better value and location. Will definitely give the hotel a miss when I next visit Phuket.
