Nice small hotel
Its ok here, small hotel with nice rooms. A good budget hotel.
Wow!
Having stayed in many hotels in Bali before, I was a little bit apprehensive about my hotel in Thailand as it was my first time there.
I was absolutely amazed at the quality and cleanliness of the room for the price paid.
The staff were amazing, in particular the restaurant staff, Nadang and Matty - who despite limited English, were great at chatting to the guests and creating an excellent ambience.
The breakfast and some western style food was missing the mark a bit however I had a Thai Green Curry one day which was absolutely out of this world!
The massage lady (not sure of her name) was a very sweet and helped me when I had some men hassling to talk to me (as they were aware I was a lone blonde female traveler)
The location is great - just a short walk to the beach, shopping etc. Reception staff are very efficient and anticipate guest needs.
Was a little amazed that my room phone would not allow me to make local calls and had to go downstairs and pay 20 baht for a local call.
I also stayed up on the 6th floor so the free Wifi signal did not reach my room which meant I had to venture downstairs to obtain a signal. This was no biggie however some middle eastern men continued to hassle me whilst trying to send some business emails.
I would definitely come back next time with my partner and would recommend it to my friends. It is excellent value for money even for the fussiest of traveler!
Bad cancellation policy!
The cancellation policy was too strict. We booked 4 nights in Phuket but in the end we decided to spend only 1 night and the rest in Phi Phi Island. The policy makes it impossible to have any refund. When we argued with the owner, he kind of agreed on partial refund first but then refused. They have also charged for an extra person, at a price half of the room price, which is a bit ridiculous, but we didn't care because they didn't give us any balance anyways. On their account book, they have the balance for our room because we checked out early but no money was given to us!!!
Good Value
Everything good. Only thing a bit disappointing was they cleaned the pool which meant it was not possible to swim for 2 days, and I had especially chosen a hotel with pool. But I guess it had to be done sometime.
average.heaps better around for price.rooms fairly clean,mosquitos,staff not very helpfull.not the best experience.

The staff are so friendly, they go...
The staff are so friendly, they go out of their way to please you. The food in the restaurant is so cheap (cheaper than eating at any restaurant) and tastes fantastic. Room service and the minibar are at no additional cost to normal cheap prices. The room is nice and well kept with a balcony on each room, very romantic. The cocktails were magnificent and under 100Bht. Its location is at the end of the shopping street, about 5-10mins walk from the big top markets, 2mins to Hard Rock Cafe. And there is a pool.
We both highly recommend this motel. We stayed for 5days more than we intended just because we were so impressed. The only nigative we had was there wasnt a bath (which may have been a room selection thing). Overall; definatly worth staying at, I know we will again.

The location is perfect, so close to Patong beach. Staff are friendly. Quiet at night and good to have good rest after busy day.
