Just off Bangla road, and short walking distance to mall.

The hotel location is very convenient; front of the hotel can be shopping and eating, minutes line to the beach, bar street just one minute they arrive, at 6 pm after a very exciting ....

Not what was expected
My girlfriend and I were recently in Patong for 2 weeks. We stayed at other hotels for the first 10 days of our trip which we great value for the money we paid. We thought we would splurge a bit for our last 4 nights and stay at the Kee. When we arrived in our room we were very disappointed. We had a plaza view room but had to walk out of your apartment to see the plaza. If you walk on your balcony all you could see was power lines and a few dirty roofs on the house next to us. There were days that we would come back to find a room cleaned but forgot to give us towels and toilet paper. The in room entertainment and leaving the kee was the highlight of our stay there.

The hotel room is very clean & new. The swimming pool is great & their satffs are very helpful & freindly.

Poor Hospitality
This hotel doesn't have the concept and spirit of hospitality. Due to their hunger to sell, they forget the meaning of receiving guests. They've ruined the truly Asian hospitality and being a new hotel cannot compensate that.
Front Office is the heart of the hotel, weak front office, weakens the entire hotel.
Over-confidence that being a new hotel can pull everything else, is a real big mistake.
This hotel applies the more you stay, the more you pay policy and they're not even a full-pledged 4 star. No attendant in the Kids club, soap is upon request, in-house guest requesting for an extension for another week, replied to book in the net. Cannot calculate a package for extensions, despite having a 10 day package in their. own web with inclusions.
They prefer that you stay in another hotel than keep you and enjoy your holiday with them. Very disappointing. It is still commendable to stay in chain hotels than this sort of no published rates in te front office, generally states, no standards.

Likes:
1. Location, short walking distance to a large mall, Jungceylon, beach, nightlife.
2. Room, stay at the deluxe room (non-pool view), generous room size, high ceiling, great amenities such as internet with wireless keyboard, plug adaptor, large day bed, comfortable large bed, free mini bar (2 cans of coke, beer & mineral water repenlish everyday ), bathrodes, slippers, rain shower and bathtub.
3. Pool, large pool, ample sun deck chairs, cool fountain with ambience lights.
4. Friendly serive
Dislikes:
1. If you prefer a good night sleep, avoid rooms facing the the Bangola Road or the Kee Plaza (night clubs) blasting music all night long.
2. Limited TV channel options. Option to pay for B$350 for unlimted movies for 24 hrs or B$200 per movie.
3. Noisy aircon though tolerable after a while.
I would defintely like to stay at The Kee again.
Conveniently located - near to beach, nightlife, shopping...
Awesome stay at The Kee - we got a room with seaview from the balcony - room was big (about 40m2) enough even for a famly of 4... as this is a new resort... things are new and in great condition. LCD TV that comes with wireless k/board for internet access was a pleasant surprise (it means you can surf the net in the comfort of your room even if you forgot to bring your lappy). Nice! Still the room comes with free internet access (wired and wireless)... mini bar that comes with free beer and coke daily...
Only hiccup is that the cups provided are dirty...
Very near to Bangla, Junceylon and Patong beach ... it's just so convenient! Didn't have to take any tuk-tuk or taxi through my stay...
I would definitely come back again to The Kee!
I miss this beautiful place.
Location was great as it's just outside the beach and in the middle of a bustling night shopping area. Besides, the modern JungCeylon mall is just a 5-minute walk away.
The only drawback is that the music from the nearby bars can be quite audible from the room, but that did not affect us at all as we still had good sleep every night.
The staff are ever-smiley and very hospitable. They never failed to greet us whenever they see us. On top of that, the staff are very willing to provide help.
Room was big and comfortable with a modern lcd hdtv. There were also av, usb and hdmi plug-ins for laptops and other devices.
As an icing to the cake, the hotel's architecture was new-age and funky with a nice selection of colours.
Well worth it
The location of the hotel was fantastic. I stayed in the deluxe room. Loved the room especially the bed. Very comfortable, quiet and peaceful, nice balcony facing the sunset. The free wifi in the room is worth mentioning as most hotels don't provide this facility. Would recommend it to anyone. Can't comment on the food as I didn't eat at the hotel.
We checked in 14 May, they ungraded us from our Plaza room to Deluxe room. Comes with a bathroom with 3 sliding door giving a good view of the TV in the room while you soak in the bathtub, just heavenly after a hot tiring day out. It comes with free internet access with wireless keyboard & free beer, coke, bottled water replenished daily. Location is good in the sense right next to spa, restaurant, shops, shopping complex and Patong beach. Only thing is the room is located very near to Bangla Road where the prime nightlife is, very loud pounding music played thru the wee hours. If you are a light sleeper it is wise to ask for a room far away from Bangla Road. For us we were too tired, manage to doze off easily. Room we booked don’t come with breakfast but if you decide to try their buffet breakfast, advice that’s you book at the reception instead of going direct to the restaurant. Book at the restaurant cost 550TBH btu only cost 400THB from the reception.
