Real vacation
I like this hotel, was very happy and relaxing when stayed there.
Lobby, restaurant and swimming pool area is extremely luxury, cozy. Staffs are very warmly friendly, and polite. We went to the seaside bench while waiting for our dinner to be served, the staff passed us couple of cushions immediately, that was well taken care of.
Hotel overall is not big, room is simple, there is whatever necessary for you to stay in a hotel room. When I made the reservation, I booked a room with bathtub on balcony, that was a super nice to watch stars in hot bathtub in the evening. And during daytime, reading a novel on balcony, but facing to sea, was really really really nice.
I think it's a great hotel for couple to have a cozy getaway from city life. It will be the hotel if you just wanna have some private & quiet time with your partner, swim together, have sun tan together, do reading under the sun together, have a steamy bathtub together. And you can lend novels and DVDs at lobby, not many, small amount. And have spa treatment together. The spa room is right besides the sea, so you wan see sea thru the window, that was nice.
But it might not be suitable for ppl who is 1st time in Phuket, since you wanna explore Phuket. And this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, very inconvenient to go out. You can book taxi (500bah to Phuket town, 1300bah to airport), or you wan rent motorbike (didn't check their rate, normally the price is between 250 - 500bah at Phuket).
Hotel restaurant food quality is good, Thai food price is reasonable, but the price of western food is a bit at high side. We opened a bottle of wine under the promotion rate, only 990Bah.

Great Service at Cloud19
Great service at Cloud19 Phuket, friendly staffs will greet you wherever you go, cheap and nice food at the restaurant. And of cause a nice beach just in front of the resort.
Room
The room was very well kept. However my husband is tall man and found the sink to be positioned very low. In the kitchen cupbooards their was no basic utensils, cutterly, dishwashing.
I have been to Phuket many times...
I have been to Phuket many times and i have now found the hotel i have been looking for. Beautiful location, peaceful, cosy and well priced. It feels like your dream home in paradise. It is a new hotel and i recommend it.
