good hotel overall
staff were friendly, room was exactly as described and a short walking distance from the red light district. will stay again.
Good value for money
Near to shopping, a bit far to patong beach.
Friendly staffs and bellboy.
Rooms were clean and tidy, comfortable bed. ( The cleaners forgot to replace bath towel)
The air con in the room is powerful.
Nice swimming pool on the roof.
Breakfast was nice.
Let me check in earlier before check in time 2 pm.
Will come back again...

A fantastic hidden gem!
Myself and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and would definitely recommend it to anyone. The rooms were modern, stylish, spacious and very clean. Staff were very cheery and helpful.
The location of the hotel was fantastic as it is just off a busy road but far enough away so that you don't hear the traffic. However, there was a lot of construction work going on in the hotel next door which you did hear and also spoiled the views a little but I guess as this is low season they may be finish the works by peak times. Although this wasn't enough to ruin our stay in any way.

We found the 2 bedroom family accommodation to be quite old and in need of renovation,the staff seemed tired and uninterested with a poor level of spoken English.The food left a lot to be desired,scant choices at breakfast,and although breakfast was served until 10am they seemed to stop "topping up" whatever was being eaten the most around 9am,so inevitably items ran out.
The building work next door seemed to consist mainly of a guy hitting a steel beam with a large hammer for most of the day,to what purpose I can only guess.
I am also confused as to why to have to go through reception to the hotel entrance to borrow a pool towel,wouldnt it be logical to have the pool towel desk next to the pool maybe??
We were booked in for 14nights,we left after 7nights...Need I add more?

Good location
Good value for money, good location, rooms ok but we didn't get a balcony & the views from our room where a bit ordinary. But still a very nice hotel, we liked the pool area the best.
Nice rooms, friendly staffs & affordable
Nice place to stay. We were given family suite of double storey completed with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with 3 toilets.
My kids really enjoy and we felt like home.
Its safe to travel & we are looking forward to stay there again... hopefully next year trip.
Enjoyable 5 nights
Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Nice pool and just about adequate gym.Breakfast ok for price paid. Nice setting near to the pool. There is building work going on next to hotel which wasnt mentioned before booking but did not distract too much. Altogether an enjoyable stay and good value for the amount paid. Would recommend to friends.

Me and my husband enjoyed our vacation and we are satisfied with our deluxe room located at 5th flr. Room is very clean and very relaxing. It only takes 10-15min walk to the beach, bar and restaurant. i also went for a relaxing thai massage just beside the resort. Highly recommended!! We will surely come back with our friends and family next time. See you again palmyra.-Azel (phil/SG)
Amazing Value
Palmyra is really great value and in a really good location in Patong. It's back off the main strip and isn't beach front but is a real short walk down the drive way and you're on Rat-U-Thit Road (the main strip)
The pool is amazing and the staff are really friendly. Will definitely be staying there again!
Good bang for buck
An excellent service at a very reasonable rate. very secure, they had a guard to watch the parking lot and entrance. Nice pool to relax and very friendly staff
