bad experience @ M Resort
the customer service staff are not able to speak proper english.
when calling room service thier response is so bad that i have to go down personally to the reception and do self service.
when order food at 2pm from dine in, they did not bother to come collect the food till 9pm .. i put the plates outside my door entrance and went out return at 2am stil never bother to clear.. next morning going for breakfast stil never bother to clear. what if it attracts cockroahes or rats ?? i dont think they bother anyway.. most importantly 27th jan there was power n water supply disruption from 9am til 2pm.. we were not informed at all, while having breakfast light went off. when ask hotel staff they said they were only informed 3days ago, but when i checked in they did not tell us. and they insisted we check out by my requested 2pm when we cant evenuse our room as there was no water n electricity.. we could not shower or use toilet. no apologies from them. we went to town til 3pm as we could not b sitting in a room without light n water, when we came back they locked our room n the room service gal was so rude to us and spoke in thai language n walked off after opening the door.. we are very disapppointed.
