Great resort should be 5 stars!
The pictures on the website don't do The Chalet justice, the resort is beautiful! I onlystayed one night but am definitely going to book for my last couple of nights in Phiket! All the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. I will be recommending to all my friends!!
Don't stay here!
The site advertised hotel amenities and room facilities that did not exist. The hotel was located 10 minutes drive from the nearest shop which was a tiny, ill-stocked 7 Eleven - and I did not have a car! The staff did not speak english. There were no other people staying in the hotel. The swimming pool was not much bigger than a bathtub. And as soon as I went outside the mosquitoes swarmed. Do not stay here!
Excellent stay
We had a really great time at this place! Excellent food, very friendly staff, nice and clean room we enjoyed the time there. The only thing to get out you need a taxi or you rent a motorbike. We will come again for sure!!
