business cum leisure trip
stay at club bamboo from 25/3/2012 to 30/3/2010.got a good deal from asiarooms at baht 450 per night at this property.though it state that check in time is 1400pm,i arrive early at 1030am but they allow me to check in early as there is a room available.it is a steal at 450baht as there is a swimming pool plus gym and the night thai male reception even allow guest to swim at 0130am as long as it dont disturb other guest.i was there to check on phuket property price and motorcycle price.the permanent night shift staff even go out of the way to get me a yamaha brochure and price detail after his work and the manager provide some detail info on a property development which i visited.helpful staff.it is a bit far from the beach but they do have a fixed schedule free transfer to ocean plaza at the beach else there is a motorcycle taxi stand right outside the hotel.the driver for the transfer do allow guest to alight near bangla rd if you ask him nicely, thai are flexible people,trick is ask with a nice smile,dont demand,a small tip of 20 baht will go a long way to get great service delivered.to get to this hotel from the airport,buy a baht 150 voucher at the arrival level and get ferry to this hotel in a share minibus,to get to airport just buy a share minibus voucher at any travel agent for baht 170-180 and they get you from your hotel on departure day.overall positive impression on this property as the thai female manager and front office staff make an effort to ask for guest feedback on day of departure to improve service delivery.will definitely go back to stay at club bamboo resort again on my next phuket visit and do recommend this property to any traveller who like a quiet,nice place to stay and who value service at value for money price, spacious room.

Don't be deceived by the pictures on the internet this hotel is definately not a 4*. The rooms were ok but the bathrooms were not good, faulty showers, bad aircon. Lot's and lot's of steps to climb. Swimming pool looked very dated. I've been to Thailand before and cheap hotel prices mean cheap hotels! Book a well known hotel chain for the best holiday.

We stayed at Club Bamboo for 4 nights and couldnt have asked for more from the hotel, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help you out, the location was just far enough away so you didnt feel the bustle of Patong but close enough to walk or use free shuttle and the price was cheap. If I ever go back to Patong which I doubt I would, Club Bamboo would be where I would stay! Very pleased with the whole experience!

I to make for you leave my total dissatisfaction concerning my reservation for hotel club bamboo resort and shop spa has Phuket in Thailand for a superior room(chamber) for two adults of 28/01/11 in 14 / 02 / 11.je gives you the number of my reservation (11178776AR .A our arrival has this hotel the 28/01/11 has 20 hours, we were already badly received .In spite of the upgrade of our room(chamber) in deluxe room(chamber), that this n was not has the height. The room(chamber) had a strong smell of humidity of become mouldy visible on the walls of the bathroom and the room(chamber), drops(gouts) of waters fell of the ceiling of the bathroom, the windows of the bathtub were rooms. In the room(chamber) the bed was covered with spots one has a good laugh of water dripped with the refrigerator (a towel(briefcase) was even put below to mop that this) .La seen by our balcony looked onto a pond which seemed to be a water-treatment plant . We announced at once has desk clerk of our dissatisfaction this one has us
