Have used this hotel several times when going to Myanmar for a visa run. There always seems to be a problem. This time the air conditioning had a water leak and dripped into the room. Last time I had a soda water which was marked up 1500% and sent an official complaint form in but received no acknowledgement.
Not advisable to take a room on the swimming pool side as music from the night club will keep you awake until 3:00am at least despite being advertised in the hotel as closing at 1:00.
Having said that we stay there as it is convenient for the immigration.
Two problems only, the first and the most important
No possible to sleep because the hotel have a bar with a very very strong music next to the rooms , and the music finish next to 01 am , the secound , no free wifi , you do pay for have other the rest is very good
Great hotel lovely rooms we had a deluxe. Breakfast ok. Restaurant food good with live music if you sit outside.
Swimming pool good but too deep for non swimmers no shallow end. Good location for visa run. Great to be picked up and dropped at the airport for free.Take your laundry across the road to the hotel laundry its a lot cheaper than them taking it.Just a stroll to the main town.
I think it´s a very priceworthy hotel. The staff is excellent, very kind and servicedirected. The breakfast buffe left nothing else to wish for. But we did not enjoy the a la carte dinner so much.
We are happy to stay at your hotel, we did it last year also and we will return.
Nice airy and clean room. Hot "mineral" water in bathroom. Average (+) Thai buffet breakfast. Limited "International" cable TV news service. Walking distance to town centre. Complimentary airport transfers.
