Very similar in layout to the more expensive Novotel nearby. Bigger and nicer rooms than Novotel and a much nicer, quieter beach.
If you want to chill out for a few days then Palmeraie is a good place to do it; there's really nothing else but quiet days by the pool or beach.
Cafe is adequate, but a few more options would be good; apart from the ubiquitous Burger and fish and chips, the menu was Thai. At breakfast a more healthy cereal would have been appreciated.....mueseli please!
Mostly Scandanavian guests here and a more mature crowd.
If you want peace and quiet and don't mind walking 1 km to the nearest shop to buy drinks etc, then this hotel should be considered.
3hrs from Bangkok, you could be on an island really, such is its tranquility.

very nice hotel, if you're looking for some rest it will be great. the hotel has only 2 floors, view on the nice swimming pool. staff was nice, room was big clean breakfast was ok, but the menu is not very various for lunch and dinner. there was no attraction on the beach. the hotel is a little bit far from rayong but the hotel has a free mini bus to go ban phe where you can take the boat to go to koh samet, koh chang,...

This was an excellent hotel, the staff was excellent, and the grounds where well keeped and the pool aera was well manitained. The food was excelent and the service was top notch. This place has it all,most of all it is way out of the way and no one too interupt your space. As for me, I will be ,making this one place , that I will be go back too again and again.
