From the balcony of our room we had an amazing view, we could see the gardens and the sea. In the morning walking up and hearing the sea and the birds was incredible. The swimming pools are great and empty, so we did not have to fight for a chair and could swim however we wanted.
That been said the hotel is really isolated, it takes 25m to get to Rayong and the city has nothing worth seeing or doing. The site talks about several restaurants but only one was opened and we had to eat there every day, the food is overpriced. The bars at the swimming pool were closed. The fitness room was also closed. If the towels finished there were no one we could ask for more.
The receptionist do not speak well English, except for the general manager, and it is really hard to communicate with them.
The rooms are really old and the bathroom is a shame.
On the first night we had to ask to change the bed because the sheets were dirty.
