1.If rating, i will rate NC-HY the worst claimed-to-be 4-star international hotel i have ever stayed from the aspect of overall service, bear in mind hotel room per night stay is not cheap in that area, but service is not up to international standards.
2. A claimed-to-be 4-star international hotel but provide NO free internet service to customer (in which most 3-star hotel globally do have free internet service either LAN or Wifi). The crucial info such that "no free internet service" and "internet service charges" were no appropriately populated on the hotel website. If it does I will definitely will NOT consider stay in that hotel.
3. Additional charges for internet service LAN/wifi ~ 200 Baht every 60 min, 500Baht every 24 hours, blood-sucking expensive (nearby lower-class hotels only charged 50Baht every 60 min.
4. The attitude of hotel staffs were not customer-friendly, they shown "black-face" to customers whenever they felt any queries from customers were annoying. In-fact they should always remember "customer always right".
5. When brought the no-free internet service matter to face-to-face discussed with the hotel manager, he informed a special pass-code for temporary short-term internet access can be release to customer under special/urgent circumstances. The special situation he only allowed me to chec one important email and that's it (WTF).
6. Even it got display in the hotel room, the hotel never exactly tell us which and which is FOC !
"if not FOC, then we will being charged with high charges"
p/s: in future, I will definitely boycott this hotel and forbid my friends & family from stay in this hotel.
