We stayed in this hotel early Feb 2006.
First we have reserved Standard Room, which we thought it would be ok for this price they offered and for a Hotel in Sukhothai.
When we arrived we found out that their Standard room was not what we have expected. There was no private bathroom and you get to stay in a really small room inside a wooden house which look very depressing and quite dark. This is also the same for Superior rooms(inside the same wooden house and no private bathroom) If we were looking for this kind of GuestHouse-Like room we would prefer to stay in a cheaper GuestHouse,which located infront of the Sukhothai Historical Park (cheaper and nicer and they have private bathroom too!)
In the end we had to rebooking with Asiarooms.com by phone and they transfered us to Delux room which was very nice and there were only 5rooms available and lucky us that all these rooms were free (no wonder why!). These Delux rooms have its own design. We stayed in the Japanese style which was very nice with a big bed, dressing room and opened roof-rainshower bathroom. And yes it was the most expensive type of room in this hotel, which was as if we were forced to choose and stay in this hotel if you wish to have a private bathroom.
Staffs were nice friendly and very helpful. They provide you free transfer from the Airport-Hotel (if u stay in their Delux) they also provide bikes if you wish to bike through the Historical Park and its not expensive!
Location of this hotel is not far from the historical park. Just 8mins by bike. Peaceful and Romantic!
Food was very good, we like it alot except their American Breakfast-Like or An American Breakfast-Trying so hard to imitate, my goodness we give no stars for that Breakfast!
