Do Not Rent Their Motorbikes!
I suggest you to stay away from Garden House Guesthouse and surely never rent from them any motorbikes.
When I stayed at Garden House guesthouse in Sukhothai, I rented a Yamaha Nouvo motorbike early on the morning and drove just 12km to the Sukhothai Historical Park.
At 10 AM I noticed that I lost the key of the motorbike. I took a tuktuk back to the guesthouse to get the spare key from the owner only to find out that such spare key doesn't exist!!!
The owner of the guesthouse said that I am the one who should be responsible to bring the motorbike back to the guesthouse although it was her fault for not duplicating the key before she gave me the motorbike.
I went back to the Historical Park and loaded the motorbike on top of a tuktuk back to the guesthouse. At 12 PM I handed over the motorbike to the owner who insisted that I must pay for the lost key (which is totally acceptable) and for a one day rental of 200 Baht. The owner failed to understand that because of her poor business management and laziness I had to spend 450 Baht (!) just to transport the motorbike back to the guesthouse. She didn't have any alternative motorbike to offer me.
The owner claimed that the 2 previous spare keys were lost by other customers. When I asked her if she charged the other customers with the same 100 Baht fee for losing the key, she said: "Yes, I did charge them."
Then I asked why she didn't take care of duplicating the key, and she answered: "It is not your business how I run my business."
In the same street, just 2 houses from this guesthouse (40 meters away), there's a shop to duplicate keys...!
On top of all that, the owner was impolite and very rude. Clearly you can understand whom you have to deal with - Keep away from this guesthouse!
just try not to have a room next door to the office/reception as a little noisy early in the morning
