We have been welcomed by the General Manager Khun Somsak. All staff have been very friendly and helpful. Customer service with a smile. My kids loved the swimming pool. We had a nice corner room.

A pleasent stay but the hotel has not improved much in over 20 years and needless to stay is a bit tired, although a new lift has been installed to serve the 4 floors.. Thankfully we were upgraded to a deluxe room which had a walk in shower (no standing in a bath) and tea and coffee facilities, but we had to call house keeping for hot water as no kettle was provided in the room.
The exterior part of the hotel looks good, but it has got quite a few bad utilities that are necessary, for example, the bathroom was a disaster and unfinished, and the locker room between the pool and the golf course was dirty and the lockers were full of spider webs. I have never expected this kind of condition for the price paid.
Hotel was fine don't know I would pay premium for the better room again other than that very nice .

A bit better than expected. The overall Hotel area is quite pleasant, a bit outside town on ca 3 ha area. Comes with swimming pool and a small golf putting arena. Rooms are relatively big and bathroom is OK, even if I do not like thick carpets in hotel rooms. Food in the attached restaurant at a small lake is good but also quite standard. However, overall the hotel leaves a better expression than I thought from the picture on the web-sites.
My favorite hotel in Mae Sot. When our large group arrived, all the rooms had already been assigned and key packages prepared. It was painless and a joy to check in the group.
The staff was very friendly, and prepared large tables so we could dine together abd the food was great in the restaurants. Good buffet breakfast, and good service.
The night manager was especially helpful in providing assistance to our group when we arrived. They really had their act together.
We will definitely stay here again.
The Central Mae Sot Hill Hotel is located about 3 kilometers out of town, on the main highway from Tak but in a nice, quiet area with views of the mountains all around. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not lavish but certainly adequate. We particularly enjoyed the nice swimming pool and the great live entertainment!
You can expect the standard of a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was a bit poor for this class of hotel. We had very good dinner at the restaurant in front of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool area.
