Service was non-existent. I had to make our own beds and clean our room for the 3 days. On presentation of your confirmation note, we were told , they don't take credit cards and there was no currency exchange.either So we were left with little money to spend on trips. The owner's response is ,she will get us a bike at a rate of Baht 400 return for a 15mins to and back journey to an ATM. Machine.
Ecology is certainly misrepresented, as the roofs of the whole resort was made up of asbestos, the mattresses were foam rather than (pounded coconuts husks) and our room and bathroom were infested with ants.
The so called organic food was a bowl of Maggi Noodles full of MSG sold as noodles on the menu.for a pricey Baht 80.
The Management was unhelpful and totally disinterested. It is basically money upfront for the full 3 days. In honesty, I have never ever stayed in a Hotel , where I have to make our own beds, clean the bathroom and sweep the floors daily. and paying baht 1,000 per night. Breakfast included was 2 fried eggs, 5 small sausages tasting of bread/rusks ,2 pieces of toast , some sort of rancid margarine , a bit of jam and a 1 cup of tea.
Avoid this place.
