Sea World
Queensland's famous marine amusement park on the Gold Coast, Sea World, was founded by Keith Williams as the Surfers Paradise Ski Gardens in 1958. From the coast its venue got shifted to a 64 hectare site on Southport Spit in 1971. Sea World got its present name in 1972. Brisbane's Sea World has marine animal exhibits and rides. It also promotes conservation by rescuing and looking after sick or injured wildlife.
LOCATION:
• Located on Seaworld Drive, the Park is only 3 km north of Surfers Paradise at Main Beach, Gold Coast.
• You can access it via train or bus . The nearest train station is Helensvale Station, from where you take a bus to Sea World.

TIMINGS :
• Sea World is open every day from 10 am- 5 pm . Gates close at 5:30 pm.
• It is closed on Christmas Day December 25.
• On ANZAC Day April 25 it is open from 1:30 pm-6:30 pm.

There are charges. But you can use heavily discounted 3 Park Super Passes that pack in a trip to Wet'n'Wild and Warner Brothers Movie World along with your trip to Sea World!
