Chinese Cuisine
As far as Chinese cuisine is concerned it is comprised of a delicious spread
of diverse culinary dishes. The Chinese cuisines have spread from the
East Asia to the North America, from the Australia to the regions of Western
Europe. Rice is an important item of the Chinese cuisine though one may even
come across wheat products of noodles and steamed buns (mantou). A typical Chinese
meal is comprised of rice, noodles, mantou (steamed buns) served with vegetables,
meat, and fish. Soup is served before the actual meal starts or at the conclusion
of a meal as prevalent in the area of Southern China. The local natives use
a chopstick for eating solid items or semi solid foods like noodles. A sweet
dish adorns the ending part of any meal where one offered with sliced fruits
or a sweet soup. The Chinese people believe that a cold beverage spoils the
digestion system and is not offered during a proper mealtime.
The Chinese natives are more relaxed with having hot tea or hot water. Chinese Tea is known to relieve you from stomach problems incase you have it after a greasy food. Some of the authentic Chinese cuisine is Jiaozi (steamed or boiled dumplings), Guotie (fried dumplings), Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings), Peking Duck, the branded dish of Beijing, Kung Pao chicken, Noodles, Youtiao, Shaobing, Congee and many others.
