Olympiapark

Situated on the western part of the Olympiapark, Munich is the Olympic Media City. It is bounded by Riesstraße on the western side and the Landshuter Allee on the eastern part. The Olympic Sea, the Olympic Mountain, Open-Air Theatron, Sea Stage, and Carillon are the other significant features of this park. You will get to see the hand and foot prints of some eminent personalities in the Munich Olympic Walk of Stars. You can also visit the Russian-Orthodox Chapel.
Among the events which are usually organized in this famous Olympiapark, Munich, some of the noteworthy ones are International Exhibition, Holiday on Ice, Six-Day Run, Night of the Proms, Supercross-Cup, Munich Triathlon, Summer Music Theatron and Tollwood Festival.
