Jag Mandir : Jag Mandir is also an island in the Lake Pichola where you will find a picturesque garden. The garden's palace is historically important because Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan once took shelter here while rising up against his father.
City Palace : The City Palace is one of the most elegant palace of the city with extra-ordinary mirror works inside it. The palace was built by the king of Mewar. There is a museum inside the palace.
Sajjangarh Fort or the Monsoon Palace : Sajjangarh Fort palace was established by Maharana Sajjan Singh in 1884. The palace is located on top of the hill and you will get a sensuous view of the city from there. As the palace looks most beautiful in the rainy season it is also called as Monsoon Palace.
Another attraction is the Sajjangarh Wildlife Sanctuary situated within a close proximity to the Monsoon Palace. The king used to go for hunting in the dense forest in the past.
