The Cinematheque, Jerusalem also conducts courses and workshops throughout the year on varied subjects like film screenings and discussions on various topics by scholars, filmmakers, staff and experts, and a focus on cinema history. Some times it offers a year-long program; others opt for smaller projects. Lectures and films are marked according to age, school and particular requirement Visits from schools in East Jerusalem are encouraged and workshops for these students are held in Arabic language.
