The museum complex is not yet complete as a number of structures are supposed to come up depending on the availability of funds and other kinds of support and these include an auditorium which can accommodate more than four hundred people, library, lecture hall, memorial and a cafeteria.

The museum is dedicated to Palmach that was the former strike force of the Haganah, which was an underground defense organization which was later taken into the folds of the Israeli defense forces.

The palmach had existed only for a short period of time seven years to be precise but with in those seven years it was able to inculcate a lot of values in the people and this included mutual responsibility, assistance, sacrifice and contribution to the greater good.

The main exhibits of the museum are showcased beneath the earth in a series of chamber which can accommodate a group of twenty five. The first exhibit is the memorial of the fallen after which people are shown a scaled version of the Tel Aviv Herzi Street in the mid twentieth century.

Audio Visual experiences are also thrown in to make the audience members get a broader and deeper understanding of the situation. One can also experience the way these units functioned.
