The Nechushtan Pavilion is dedicated to mining and metallurgy with a clear focus on the methods followed during the biblical times. The Mosaic Square houses the mosaic floor of the once Samaritan Synagogue which was discovered on the museum site. The Lasky Planetarium within the Eretz Israel Museum Complex in Tel Aviv exhibits a collection of moon rocks.
