Kake soba is soba served hot with thinly sliced scallion toppings and a slice of kamaboko. Kitsune soba is hot soba with abura age toppings, Tanuki soba boasts of tenkasu toppings, Tempura soba is offered with tempura toppings and Tsukimi soba features raw egg. Tororo soba is served with tororo and the puree of yamaimo whereas the Wakame soba feature wakame seaweed toppings.
