The most elegant of Jack’s three restaurants is The Dining Room at Jack’s La Jolla, which was recently voted one of San Diego's top seven restaurants by the Gayot Guide, and one of the top ten new restaurants in the country by MSN. The sophisticated decor features vaulted ceilings, fountains, an open-air courtyard, and is complimented by an extensive, award winning wine list. Chef Tony DiSalvo, formerly chef de cuisine at New York's Jean Georges, has created a menu of innovative contemporary American cuisine. You can try the Chilled Sweet Corn Soup with Alaskan king crab, or the Poached Maine Lobster Risotto, and Apple, Kaffir Lime Broth etc.
