The place has an interesting history to narrate. In the late seventies Clapton, the guitar God, enjoyed dining at this typical London diner Hard Rock Café. Clapton became friends with the proprietor and on their request donated his guitar to be put up on the wall of the restaurant. A week later, a Gibson Les Paul guitar arrived at the café signed with a note from Pete Townshend of ‘The Who'.

This marked the beginning of one of the greatest American restaurant in the whole world. The place was founded by Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton. The restaurant chain today has increased to 138 consisting of cafes, hotels and casinos in almost 42 countries across the world.

How to reach Hard Rock Café in Osaka

By Rail : take the Chuo Line or the Midosuji Line and get off at Hommachi Station. Then take the stairs of number 9 exit. On reaching the ground level, the entrance to the restaurant is located just on the other side of the building.
