The track will be privately owned and the estimated cost to build it is about $ 80 million. Unlike Malaysia's 5.54 kilometer long Formula One track, the one at Singapore to be named, Tuas International Speedway will be used more for recreation and a few competitions. It is believed to be able to host Formula 3 races. The Tuas International Speedway is built to accommodate approximately 20,000 audiences.

Apart from races, it will also focus on a motor sports park. Restaurants and other interesting places are also being built in the surrounding area. There will be a spa, lounge and playground for children. The sports complex will make this adventure sport more appealing to the public and people of all age can enjoy a fun-filled day at the Tuas International Speedway.
