Regular City Bus - 600 won
Deluxe City Bus - 1200 won
Deluxe Express Bus - 1400 won
Deluxe buses have air conditioned and more number of seats than the regular
buses, while Deluxe Express buses have pay phones on board and make fewer stopovers
than other intra-city buses. There are line number and the destination written
in Korean, on the front and side of the bus. To specify that you want the bus
to stop, you need to push one of the buttons located in the bus.
Taxis in Busan:
There are two kinds of taxis in Busan. 20% extra is added to the fare in the
night from 12 a.m. to 4 a.m. Additional fare based on time and distance. The
meter should be checked before starting.
General - General taxis are typically white or gray. Regular taxi fare
begins at 1500won (1800 won between 12am-4am).
Deluxe - also known as 'mobom' taxis in Korean, are black with a yellow
sign and 'Deluxe Taxi' written. Mobom taxis are more expensive. Deluxe Taxi
fare begins at 2000won (2400 won between 12am-4am).
Boats:
Busan is the marine transportation center. There is a Coastal dock and an International
dock.
Domestic Dock: Everyday ferry services to Jeju Island, Changsungpo, Goje
Island Okpo, Kohyun, Haekumkang, Chungmu and Yeosu.
International Dock: Ships departs for Hakata (Fukuoka) and Shimonoseki
in Japan, and to Yondai city in China.
