Filled with the waters pouring out of hot springs since the Three Kingdoms period, The Dongnae spa is undoubtedly the biggest and busiest spa of Busan. Cultivated by King Sukjong of Joseon period Dongnae, Busan has been admired down the ages for its healing property. What makes the spring water unique is a large quantity of chlorine ions presented in it. This alkaline solution of mineral salt mixed in it works magically to heal several diseases like neuralgia, gastro enteric disorders and skin disease.

The baths were originally formed for healing therapy and not for pleasure or cleansing purposes. So it is essential to take a shower before enjoying the spa. Make sure to take off your shoes before going inside the spa.

Subway: Take Subway Line No. 1 and get off at Oncheonjang (Exit 3) Walk 10 mins.
