Daecheonghosu Lake in Daejeon is a place of ethereal beauty surrounded by mountains and trees. As the third largest lake in Korea, Lake Daecheongho is the source of water supply for living and industry in the Daejeon and Cheongju area and has water storage area of 73 km² a length of 80 km. The dam is 495 meter long and 72 meter high and has a pressure of 15 billion tons.
