The city of Incheon in Korea has a lot of festivals which one can look forward to if one goes to this city and once you reach there you can have loads of surprises in store in regards to festivals.

- Icheon World Ceramics Festival, Icheon

The Korean city of Icheon in Korea has been holding the Icheon Ceramics festival every year to promote the city as an international hub for Ceramic and related products. This trend was kick started way back in 2001 with the International Ceramics Expo 2001. The Ceramic Expo was visited by over thousand people with a majority of them being from Korea. The festival showcases the traditional Korean pottery along with the modern pottery exhibited by renowned artists from all over the world.

- Wolmi Festival, Icheon

The Wolmi Island festival is held in the island of Wolmi which is an island that has loads of tourism potential and people from Incheon and other parts of the Metropolitan region come to this island to enjoy the cool and refreshing sea breeze. The Wolmi festival on the other hand is held in the Wolmi Island Street of Culture every September. A variety of events are held in accordance with the street of Culture reputation of the festival and a variety of events are held in accordance to the festive spirits to inculcate the idea of excitement and freedom.

- Yong Dong Big Well Festival, Icheon

This festival is in place to celebrate the wellness of a well that was the source of water to the district of Yong dong till the modern water supply system took over and slowly spread its wings all over the district. The Yong Dong Big well is located in 90-13 Inhyeon dong and has been designated as a cultural property by the municipal authorities. To publicize the festival and the well the authorities organize performances by Samulnori Groups, and twelve acts of Daedonggut performances are organized in the area around east Incheon for the peace and development of the city.

- Yongu Beach Festival, Icheon

The Yongyu Beach festival is held at the Eulwangli Beach in Yongyu Island and is organized by the Jungu office of the Incheon Metropolitan city. The place has a myth associated with the place as it is known from the ancient times as a place from which the dragon rambled. The festival takes place in the naturally created resort area of Eulwang Beach in Yongyu Island which provides a natural space for one and all to enjoy the seaside festival in all its fun and frolic. If one wants to enjoy the sea and the beach at its best then one should try visiting the place during the beach festival.

- Incheon Marine Festival

Incheon is a place that is located near the sea and the place is known for holding gorgeous festive activities in the areas of Wangsan Beach on the island of Yongyudo every year in early August. The festival acts a coolant and brings down the sizzling heat that the place is subjected to during the previous months. The festival is actually held in the areas of Wolmi Island and Incheon port under the subject of the Incheon Sea.

- Incheon China day, Incheon

The China day is one biggest festival in Incheon and it takes place in October every year and usually takes place at the Jayu Park in the Qing Office Street.
The festival gives the people of Korea a chance to catch a glimpse of the Chinese culture and it involves direct participation of the Chinese residents.
It is like experiencing China from the city of Incheon and to keep the future development of the city in mind the whole city of Incheon has been designated to a Free Economic Zone.
The festival goes a long way in developing friendly and cordial relationships between China and Korea since it has been nearly eleven years that the exchange has been taking place between two countries.


- Hanmaneun Cherry Blossom Festival

Hanmaeum Cherry Blossom Festivals are celebrated in the month of April every year as it considered as an occasion to celebrate.
The venues for Hanmaeum Cherry Blossoms Festival are in the Jayu Park. The festival is marked by extremely entertaining performances like Beggars' dance, live music shows by different bands from all over Korea, amazing songs by Jung-gu Choir, Wolmi Theme Wedding Show, Food Court and also Wolmi Health Run Contest in the Season of Cherry Blossoms.

- Incheon Hapsaal Festival, Incheon

The Icheon Hapssal festival started way back in 2001 and is a celebration of the Icheon rice quality of which is known throughout the country for its superior quality and taste. The rice is also a celebration of the Korean nation as the rice is perhaps the best representation of the indigenous products that the country has ever produced.
