The area is the home place of such wild species as the wild boar, wolves, chamois, fire salamanders and the brown bears. The available trips include walking during the day or a four day journey from the base of the cabin lifts at Fuente Di and of course a nine day trip to and fro to Lago de Ercina. One would regret to miss out the seven and a half mile trekking journey through Garganta del Cares gorge and the Vega de Liordes valley. On the way of trekking the mountain huts known as the “Refugios” are available for taking rest. Also available at the bottom of the valleys is the village accommodation. The other places of trekking include Mallorca, Andalucia, Sierra Navada, Alpujaras, Sierra Di Aitana, Marina Alta, Gredos ranges.
