This heart throbbing jazz club was started on 20th June 1995. It is located in the basement of No. 52, Sec. 3, Hsin Sheng S. Road. Many local as well as international artists have performed in this jazz bar. The ambience of this music club is great and relaxing to the spirits.

Another attraction of Brown Sugar is the food provided. Great and mouth savoring lunch, dinner, snacks and fried food are available here. Some of the wonderful food served here includes deep fried crabs of soft shells that is served with tarter sauce, roasted spring chicken along with vegetables, baked prawns served with garlic butter and spinach sauce and pantry fillet salmon and elapia served with caper and clam sauce.

International as well as national music artists made people tap their feet to the rhythm of their music in Brown Sugar. The salsa night generally occurs in the Sunday evenings and draws the maximum number of audience in to this jazz club and restaurant of Brown Sugar! Apart from this, separate programs are organized for separate days and thus the audiences are entertained in various ways.
