Suvarnabhumi International Airport Bangkok is one of the busiest airports in the whole of Thailand. Suvarnabhumi International Airport Bangkok has a large terminal consisting of Concourses A-G. Concourse A is assigned to Bangkok Airways' domestic flights while Concourse D is for Bangkok Airways' International departure and arrival.

Rules for Domestic Flights:

  -  After check-in, Domestic Departure proceeds from Level 4 to Level 2 for the Boarding Gates.
  -  Bangkok Airways boarding gates for Domestic flights are located near Passenger Terminal Building.
  -  The boarding gates of Bangkok Airways close 15 minutes before flight departure time.

Rules for International Flights:

  -  After check-in for International Departure a passenger needs to proceed to the middle of the Passenger Terminal Building Level 4.
  -  Boarders must proceed to Departure Tax Counters and onwards to Passport Control.
  -  VAT Refund Counters are available at Passenger Terminal Building Level 4 before and after Passport Control.

Beyond the Passport Control area:

  -  Passengers must proceed from Level 4 to Level 3 for the Boutique lounges.
  -  Passengers must proceed from Level 4 to Level 2 for the Boarding Gates.
  -  Bangkok Airways boarding gates for International flights are located at the Passenger Terminal Building (Concourses “C” & “D”). The gates for departure would be specified in the Boarding passes after check-in.
