The display includes Arabic manuscripts, pottery items, glass and metallic items and so on. The museum opens on weekdays except Monday from 9 am to 1 pm and again 5 pm to 8 pm.

Sharjah Art Museum is another popular museum at Sharjah that was inaugurated in the year 1997 and has a good collection of valuables. This museum also opens on weekdays except Monday from 9 am to 1 pm and again 5 pm to 8 pm. Other Museums in Sharjah include Sharjah Archaeological Museum, Sharjah Heritage Museum, Sharjah Science Museum and Planetarium.

Other than Museums, Sharjah is famous for the various Souks. Some of the popular Souks include Blue Souk, Souk Al Arsah, Old Bazaar, Iranian Bazaar, Al Majarrah Souk and so on. Other attractions in Sharjah include Hisn al Sharjah or Sharjah Fort, Majilis Ibrahim Bin Mohammed Al Midfaa, Sharjah University, and magnificent buildings of Sharjah. Sharjah also offers some excursions like the Natural History Museum and Desert Park situated in the outskirts of Sharjah.
