Plenty of character
We had a one night stay in this full-of-character hotel in Canakkale. The room was adequate for our family of four (two children aged 9 and 11). Thus hotel has a large grassed courtyard which makes for a great place to retreat after a hot day trolling the town nearby Troy or Gelibolu (Gallipoli) Peninsular. The room was only just big enough for four - adequate for a short stay. Facilities were also adequate and fair for the price. Best features of this hotel are its Ottoman character and its excellent location in the heart of Canakkale and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Eceabat (or Kilitbahir) and the Gallipoli battlefields.
