The service lets the hotel down. ...
The service lets the hotel down. Receptionist seem ill-trained and not particularly helpful. The outdoor pool was a major disappointment - despite temperatures of 27 degrees the pool was effectively out of bounds. There were no loungers, so all you could was lie on a towel on the concrete pool-side. The pool had not been cleaned or the water treated, so it was not possible to swim in it. The staff seemed powerless to get things moving so that the pool could be used - there were many disgruntled guests as a result
