I chose this hotel because I thought...
I chose this hotel because I thought that the price on offer on the Asia rooms website was competitive at 299 Dirhams. However, when I had made the booking, I discovered on the voucher that an additional charge of 16% applied. This was not made clear with the original advertisement on the website. I tried to cancel the booking as the website suggested I could do, but the link to do this was inoperative which I found to be very disappointing and a bit deceptive to be honest. Therefore, I ended up paying a lot more for the room than I had originally thought.I know that other hotels in Abu Dhabi of similar quality are available at much less cost due to summer discounts. Room and hotel were fine for the price advertised, but I was disappointed with the hidden costs.
