The perfect Hotel in Abu Dhabi

Stayed in total for 2 weeks over Xmas 2011, Been visiting Abu dhabi annually for the last 9 Years and stayed in most of the 5 star Hotels in the city, this by far is the best for its quality, customer service, Location, hence we book this hotel quite regular depending on availability and price.
Quick check in & out (The hotel manager Mr Sanjay even steps in to help guests)
We booked a Club Exec Suite, which has a separate Lounge, LCD TV in each room with Sofa and arm chairs, worth paying extra for club rooms as you get access to Club lounge on 15th Floor, the hotel is so peaceful with no disturbance any time of the day or night, its only a short walk from the Corniche, Has Valet parking which at 10 DHM per day is very reasonable as parking has become a major problem in Abu Dhabi.
Breakfast is superb with Huge choice and usual affair, staff are professional and attentive. There are free Ice machines every 2nd floor. Hotel Manager Mr Sanjay is very professional & seems to have full control & knowledge of his hotel & is able to resolve any queries instantly.
to sum up, A perfect hotel with great staff which has maintained its self well since our first stay in 2003, Highly recommended

Luxury Stay at affordable prices

We were a family of 10 and chose to stay in 2 Suites accommodating 5 persons each. We reached the hotel at 12 noon although the check in time was 2.00PM. The reception desk was empty but they took a lot of time checking us in. The person was juggling with the computer, maybe he did not know what to do. Finally he checked us in at 1.00PM but rooms were not allotted as they were not yet ready. The people at the reception did not know how to smile!!
That is certainly not welcoming. We kept our luggage at the concierge and went for lunch and requested them to keep the luggage in our allotted rooms. When I came back I was surprised to find my luggage still at the concierge. They were not informed that the rooms have been allotted. It took another 10 minutes for me to get the room number and the card.
The rooms were excellent with an excellent view of the sea. The suite had two bathrooms, a sitting and a bedroom. Two LCD TVs were provided. A coffee maker, refrigerator and other amenities were present. The room price included buffet breakfast which was excellent with lot of varieties. The people at the restaurant were very cordial.
The swimming pool was small but clean. The gym was very well equipped.
Overall an excellent 5 star property but the reception need to be more receptive.

A lovely hotel, centrally located within easy walking distance of the Corniche. The staff were without exception very helpful and friendly. Service was very efficient but unobtrusive. The seafood buffet in Sevilos was excellent! We would definitely return to Millennium if we visit Abu Dhabi in the future!
