Excellent Service but a bit Noisy
The staff are very pleasent and helpful. Although the time I arrived was very busy (due to Formula-1 activities), the hotel staff done their utmost to make me satisfied. In fact I did not have to wait long for registration. My turn came quickly. I realy congratulate the hotel staff for their loyality to the hotel.
The hotel is also attached to a very nice shopping mall which makes it attractive at night.
However, if you want to stay in this hotel ask the hotel staff to slot you in a room away from the shopping mall view. The view is next to the mall air-conditioner (chiller unit) which makes a lot of noise specially during mall times. Outside mall hours the noise is a bit reduced.
