goldensands october 2011
very good quality rooms excerlent service from booking in till booking out we stayed in the large appartment with two double beds and two wcs its like being at home plenty of space we we had no problems with the staff we were left alone to enjoy our holiday in peace we liked it so much we will be coming back again real soon. the swimming pool on the 1st floor was nice. Not too big but was not too crowded we travelled all around Dubai mostly by taxi from the hotel there were always taxis available at the front of the hotel. we would defently recommend staying here.

my stay in this hotel apartment was great.. transportation was never a problem and its very easy to locate. with front desk who is very accomodating.. i would love to book again in this hotel..
Very affordable and good services they offered.

A nice quiet place
Nice rooms all facilities available staff polite and was readily help ful all consumables were replenshed quickly and as per requirement of the guests. Conveniently located near to metro staion. 7 minutes drive to carrefour in derra dubai. overall good experience and will stay here when in town

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Stayed here last time in Dubai. I was in Golden Sands No. 5 which isn't quite as good as No. 3 but was good for the money I paid. Reception were friendly and the staff at the restuarant were efficient. Bathroom was a bit run down but you get what you pay for. Really good and hope to stay here again.

Rates are on daily basis. Therefore, perquisites (soap/toiletteries) should also be in line with standard practice. Unfortunately, this position was not so as I had to, sometimes, make request from the Housekeepers before being supplied. It is also not clear why the Hotel debited my VISA account for postponing my arrival date due to non-recieipt of VISA despite receiving assurances that it was not a cancellation but substitutional booking: my separate mail in this regard refers. Aside from these 2 highlights, every other issue was okay, particularly, the courteous approach of the Hotel Staff.

We had a wonderful stay in your place. Although restaurant food prices were expensive. Regarding kitchen utensils, needs to have bowls, food containers and more serving spoons. Staff are helpful, respectful and polite. I recommend your hotel to my friends here in KSA whenever they will visit Dubai.
